
Remembering Those Lost to Suicide at the Nantucket Atheneum on Sept. 16th
Please join multiple organizations for a Ribbon Ceremony in recognition of National Suicide Prevention Day on Saturday, September 16th at 12:30 pm. The event is free and open to the public and will feature a ceremony followed by a reception. Hosted by the Nantucket Police Department, The Samaritans of On Cape Cod and the Islands, the nantucket Atheneum, the Cape & Islands Suicide Prevention Coalition, Fairwinds, and the MCSP.
Free Narcan Training at NPD!
Fairwinds, Nantucket's Counseling Center, will host this free training on the implementation of life-saving medication during an opioid overdose on Wednesday, September 20th, from 2:00-3:15 at the Nantucket Police Department (4 Fairgrounds Road).
